College Mentor Program

To SLIS Students:

The College of Mass Communications & Information Studies (CMCIS) Alumni
Society invites you to sign-up for its Mentor Program that pairs alumni
with current students. Now you can have your very own mentor to learn
more about your particular field of study. A mentor can be a guide,
coach, motivator and problem-solver all-in-one to help you grow
personally and professionally.

We are having a Speed Networking Event to match alumni and students for
the Spring semester on Monday, February 4, and we'd love to see you
there. If you cannot attend the Speed Networking Event but are still
interested in having a mentor, please contact Amanda Stone at
astone@statelibrary.sc.gov. Distance education students are also
encouraged!
