USC Library Information for Graduate Students (Distance Ed and Columbia-based)

Graduate students (all graduate students, not just formal distance

education students) and staff can now request articles from the

University Libraries collection through the Scan & Deliver service when

electronic copy is not available. Requests are made through a person's

Interlibrary Loan [ILL] account http://ill2.tcl.sc.edu/default.html .

The scanned copy is delivered to a person's ILL account.

People want to search the E-journals list first and then the library

catalog. If we have the journal on our shelves, login in to your ILL

account and request the article with the "Scan and Deliver" button. If

we don't have the journal, use the "Request a Photocopy" button in ILL

and we'll try to get it from another library.

No costs to individuals for any of these services. All credit goes to

the wonderful folks in the Interlibrary Loan Department.
